在知道B是正确答案的情况下，想问一下划线后面的he had started but never completed不算句子的原因。这里从句是Someone who could not only arrange xxxx but also mirror xxx in order to finish xxx he had started xxxx. 然后in order to是不能做连词的，he had started xxx是修饰前面的many pieces.就想问下这边he had started xxx算什么结构？看上去有主语有谓语但是不是句子？（如果把many pieces移到never completed之后，感觉主谓宾也都全。
