听过之前的回答，但是还是觉得c是可以的，理解为irradiation是用来存储食物的,而cooking是准备食物的最后一步，所以either irradiation是用于生食食物的，or irradiation和cooking是要混合使用的，同样都可以杀菌，但是对于一部分食品要破坏两次vb1，所以irradiation并不好，还不如只做cooking这个最后一步
