老师，我错选了D选项。原文说削减了排放污染反而没有下降，D表达的意思是respiratory ailment 除了airborne pollutants 还有其他的原因。如果其他的原因导致的污染物增多，且其增多的量比法规削减的airborne pollutants 多，总的污染不是会增加吗？所以即使削减了排放反而污染物不可能下降。请问D错在哪里呢？
