我坐的时候就看到了her,于是直接就排掉了DE.
但是当时的讲解是说因为in addition to her work, 所以应该接contribution.
但是这样的话这个her不就无指代了么.?

从discovery&documentation对仗来看，这两道题的答案都对，但从主语并列角度，非OG在主句中出现的是人名，与her work明显不并列。但书中的解释是“读完划线外的her之后我希望划线开头马上告诉我her指的是谁。”
这样两个并列（比较）关系，究竟哪个更为重要呢？

因为前面写的是her work ，所以首先排除ABC，最后选了E，我也发现了discovering可能有些问题，相比之下只有E好些。
但是此题给的答案是A，有道题和它有细微区别，答案是D，我两次都选了D
