听答疑解释说C答案错误是因为在原文的内容上加了个东西，原文说资金，而c答案说的是资金的百分比，因此是错误选项。我再看A感觉a也是在原文的基础上加了个东西，原文并没有说这个健康中心是谁资助，这里加上说他是谁资助。
我没理解“错误答案的表现形式之一是在原文的基础上加了个东西”是什么意思。因为做题发现正确答案说的事儿是多多少少都是加了原文没说的些内容的。那加什么内容是错的，加什么内容不是必错？
