我的思路： now currently语义重复排除A B没大问题先留着 where there were啰嗦排除C D 没大问题先留着 now that are temperate明显错排除E 然后对比BD，B的问题在于what are now 不好，D的问题在于had existed。一想这个事情是在过去发生的，就选了D。
