错选B。问题问的benchmarking用于非竞争企业间而非用于竞争企业这个有根据的原因是啥。那我读了原文的permits那句，对应就是看企业能否从其他企业中被permit去discover better forindustry thanpractice且提供justification要不要采纳此practice。B我直接看到inside的信息在对手企业是很难获取的，所以就证明了不能permit经理去discover那个实践。E我认为是无关选项，所以直接杀了。您看我的思维漏洞在哪 谢谢！
