第一次做选的C，第二次选的B。听之前的录音说选B，后来的录音说选C。答案是C。这次做的时候第一感觉是C，agree that 和 but that 并列，但是没有太大把握，所以看其他地方，上次排除B是因为觉得whether or not的表达不对，但是后来在文章中见过这种表达，所以这次没有根据这点排除B，其次对比than后面是否加is，原文说balloon angioplasty preceded by ultrasound is better，所以我认为后面应该是than balloon procedure by itself is，排除了C。在做对比题时，than后面是否加be动词，经常把握不好，不知道什么时候可以省。麻烦老师讲解。

老师好。这题有些疑惑。求解惑。思路如下：
1，发现AB长得像，CDE长得像（23类题）。通过句意觉得that出不来。干掉了CDE
2，在AB中进行比较。发现B有一个whether or not。
3，记得以前在听OG录音时讲过whether是“是否”的意思，加上or not就变成了“是否或否”，语意不对，所以杀了B
