请可爱的郭培月老师回答谢谢(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎) 这道题我选了D，我的思路是：大部分人没有自己的房子，不用交财产税，即使财产税率比较高，税基也没有很大，funding 的总额本来就不是很大，所以即使之后改成比较低的消费税，因为消费税每个买商品的人都要交，那么税基也大，所以解释了funding并没有减少。请问老师我这么想有什么问题吗？另外做这道题时我看到B的时候觉得是无关选项，因为看到从临近的国家，觉得范围上就错了。知道这是正确选项之后又能明白为什么对。平时做题有时候无法每次都能准确地判断有关和无关，主要是杀剩最后两个选项的时候。请问老师您判断有关无关的时候有什么技巧吗？或者在这方面应该怎么提升呢？谢谢老师(^з^)
