对B选项的解释是：B错在comma + which修饰了1999. 我对这里有个疑惑，comma + which做modifier时不是可以轻微跳跃吗？我以为comma+which只是不能跳过动词去修饰，但可以跳过一个modifier或者介词短语去修饰前面的名词。
