抱歉老师我都不记得这道题我有没有问过。我先我我在这里。这道题C压根就没想选, 原文不是说为了打击犯罪，政府开始剥夺犯人权利包括读书这件事。作者指出这其实也违背了政府减少犯罪率的初衷 因为犯人学历高的话出来再犯事概率就小了。C不是反过来了么，读书多的也没怎么减少犯罪率……

还是上大学不能阻止？
做的时候取非成不上大学能阻止感觉是削弱。
但是如果是上了大学就能阻止就变成加强了。

看了老英的解释， 觉得对A 的解释有不同的想法：
老英说的是
“A说不能拿到一个大学学位不太可能推迟一个人已经犯的错，原文谈的是学位高低和将来犯罪率的关系，可是这个选项谈的却是对已经犯的罪产生的影响，无关，杀。”
但是我觉得A选项的意思是：
在监狱里可不可以修大学课程不太可能威慑监狱外面有可能犯罪的人。
这选项没提到已经犯的罪呀？
A 选项说的就是这个政府的policy 不太可能阻止外面的人犯罪因此对crime rate 的降低没啥作用。
这个理解为啥不对呢？
