@英吉老师，请问老师，按照意思这个suggesting的主语不应该是picture么？如果用suggesting主语就是chairman，这指代不对。当然按照老师老师说的养狗的例子，这个which指economy也不对。总体B肯定是更好一点，但是我还是很疑惑什么时候一个句子，后面加逗号，然后接动名词这种表达是可以接受的。

这道题我选了D. 根据提议应该是chairman提出建议 所以把c排除了，由于是过去式 留下了带有would的选项，但是分不清什么时候用suggesting和with suggestion，请老师指点一下. 谢谢
