问过老师一次但是现在做还是偏差。这道题目我目前最新的认知-exacting翻译为严格的，less exacting我方便一点翻译为宽松的；A说了标准宽松导致了坍塌；（这里标准比较宽松和没有达到一个宽松的标准应该有区别,感觉还是无关）；题干结论说：departure from safety standards can have severe consequence-没有达标会导致坍塌；这俩个没有说一个事情吧；宽松的规则会坍塌；没有达到严格的标准会坍塌；我总觉得中间差距很大；我第一次做选E；当时觉得没法选出来一个正确的,所以勉强选了E ;当时我想到的是严格的标准，是否需要很多条件匹配-比如房子不能太空…我不想钻牛角尖，但是我感觉我还是走偏了…

我困惑DE；首先D的columns我不理解，整个句子也不太懂,听了老师讲解翻译成柱子才很清晰；（A我一开始就是排除，但是是正确答案）对于A我第一个反应就是无关-新规定和老规定没什么联系，less exacting standard中less exacting是不太一样的意思，不同就是不同-different standard，而less exacting在英语语义中一般正常的是什么理解？…而E至少是同一个storage，只是不同时间点这个storage building不一样，可能可以排除他因-比如房屋内部装满了东西可能可以支撑屋顶承重，所以放满了不坍塌，空的坍塌，排除了内部装满物品这个其他因素；我的逻辑推导大概是排除了正确答案，脑补了错误答案…我想问有什么好的方法可以避免这种情况；或者说回归句意-less exacting这个在英语中代表什么意思？
